The Kao Way

 

"The Kao Way" consists of our "Mission", "Vision", "Values" and "Principles". Each of these terms is defined as follows.

"Mission":       What we exist for
"Vision":         Where we want to go
"Values":        What we believe in
"Principles":  How we behave

"The Kao Way" is based on "Kao Management Principles" (issued in1995 and partly revised in 1999). We have reviewed and revised the Principles to reflect the changes that have occurred in our business environment internally and externally.
