Kao Business Conduct Guidelines
Kao Chemicals Europe, as a part of Kao Corporation, strives to be an honest and exemplary company. To earn the true respect of all stakeholders, we are driven by a fundamental adherence to ethical principles, going beyond mere compliance with laws.
The Kao Business Conduct Guidelines provide specific guidance on how to put the Kao Way into practice. This is applied worldwide to all Kao Group companies, including all executives and employees thereof. In order to promote compliance activities widely, the Kao Group is actively encouraging its business partners to embody the spirit of fundamental rules relating to fair honest transactions and other relevant provisions of the Kao Business Conduct Guidelines.

Ethics Channel
Our Ethics Channel is the mechanism we provide to all employees, officers, directors of the Company and third parties who deal with KCSA, including suppliers and contractors, shareholders, volunteers and interns. The channel allows them to report information related to any irregular situation, breach, unethical behavior or conduct that conflicts with the laws and/or regulations applicable to KCSA as well as questions, complaints and/or concerns that are related to the principles and commitments set forth in the Kao Business Conduct Guidelines.
